      -  First month 1 x $1,000, plus a $200 bonus​

District Leader: 50% Contract

- 6 recruits and $6,000 premium in same month

      - First month 3 x $3,000, plus a $600 Bonus

Division Leader: 60% Contract

- 10 recruits and $10,000 premium in same month

      - First month 5 x $5,000, plus a $1,000 Bonus

Regional Leader: 70% Contract

- 12 recruits and $12,000 premium in the same month

- Must have Ser 6, 63, and 26 licenses

Regional Vice President: 110% Contract

- 15 recruits and $15,000 premium x two consecutive months
- Also: Have 70% QBI, Ownership Exchange

Senior Vice President - SVP Bonus

- Avg income: $250,000+/yr

-  Have 3 Direct RVPs, 50,000 through 1st Gen RVPs

National Sales Director - NSD Bonus

- Average income $500,000+/yr

- Have 6 Direct RVPs, 100,000 through 2nd Gen RVPs

Senior National Sales Director SNSD - SNSD Bonus

- Average income $750,000+/yr

- Have 9 Direct RVPs, 250,000 through 3rd Gen RVPs
